Appointment Cancellation Policy
Arrival Time
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. This will give you the necessary time to fill out any required paperwork and use the ladies room if need be. Our appointments are often booked back to back so your diligence would be greatly appreciated. We want you and those guests after you to experience the best treatment possible.
Late Arrival Policy
We understand that delays can happen. However, arriving late may reduce the time available for your service or make it impossible to complete your appointment as scheduled. In these situations, the full value of the reserved service may still be charged out of respect for our service providers' time and other scheduled guests.
No Show Policy / Cancellation
To ensure that every member of our staff receives a fair wage, we have a very strict 24 hour cancellation policy. It is important to us that our guests understand that the proceeds collected under this policy go directly to compensate, in part, the service providers who have lost income due to an untimely cancellation. It is by no means a punitive policy but rather one of restoration.
Please note that by booking an appointment at Distilled Beauty Bar, you’re agreeing to our salon policies, a short notice cancellation will result in a 50% service charge. No Shows are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. We thank you for your understanding and appreciate your support advancing our mission and promoting ethical pay practices.
Mommie & Me Policy
For the comfort and safety of all our guests, children under 10 are not permitted in the Beauty Bar area. We have designated a special ‘Mommie and Me’ time Tuesday thru Friday 9:30- 11:30am!

Retail Products
We accept returns on defective products only.
Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt.
No cash refunds. Exchanges or store credit will be issued for approved returns.
Beauty Services
Due to the nature of our services, all beauty service sales are final.
We do not offer refunds on services rendered. If you have any concerns about your experience, please reach out to us—we’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction.
Our team reserves the right to refuse service and entry into Distilled in the event of inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour.
